Ninja Kid Warrior
Gold Coast Gymnastics’ Ninja Kid Warrior Program combines the skills of gymnastics, the discipline of martial arts, and the strength and agility of parkour to create a unique and engaging sport for kids. Our classes cater to various age groups and skill levels, providing an exciting and challenging outlet for high-energy children while teaching them the importance of discipline, focus, safety and dedication.
Little Ninjas (Ages 3-5)
Duration: 45 minutes
A beginner-level class designed for younger children, focusing on basic ninja skills, coordination, and agility.
Beginning Warriors
Ages 6-8
Duration: 55 mins
Continues skill development for older students, focusing on more complex moves and increasing the difficulty of challenges.
Yellow Ninja Warriors (Invite only or 8+ with evaluation)
Duration: 55 mins
For students who have completed the Beginning Warriors skill sheet, this class offers more advanced parkour techniques and physical challenges in a structured environment.
Green Ninja (Invite only)
Duration: 2 hours
For students who have completed the Yellow Ninja skill sheet, this class provides the highest level of training and focuses on mastering advanced skills and embodying Ninjazone’s core values.
