Steps before the first class

1. Pick the right door on the site. The classes page names recreational, team, and add-on tracks. The schedule turns those names into real days and times. If you only read one PDF flyer, still cross-check the HTML schedule so you do not show up on a week the gym closed for a meet.

2. Dress for movement and labels. Athletes need snug clothing without zippers that catch equipment. Long hair should be tied back. Pack a water bottle with a name on it. Leave jewelry at home. Parents, wear shoes you can walk in on a busy deck if a coach asks you to step in for a quick fit check.

3. Arrive ten minutes early. Parking, sign-in, and finding the viewing area always take longer on the first visit. Early arrival gives your child time to use the restroom and scan the room without feeling rushed. Coaches can answer one quick question at check-in when they are not mid-rotation.

4. Set one goal for week one. Examples: learn three new names, hold a hollow body for five seconds, or ask the coach how to exit a drill safely. Small goals keep nerves in check and give you something specific to celebrate on the drive home.

5. Know when to ask about teams. Recreational classes feed curiosity first. When an athlete wants more hours or competition talk keeps coming up, read teams together and note questions. Staff can explain how evaluations work and what extra days would look like before you change your family calendar.

This guide sits beside the broader club home page and the classic home layout. Use those pages for photos, Ninja Zone links, and the full list of gym offerings. For camps and parties, open camps or birthdays when you are ready to plan around school breaks.
