Hey! My name is Jenna and I was born in Ventura CA. I am 15 years old and a sophomore at Foothill Technology High School. I started gymnastics when I was 4 years old, I was bouncing off the couches, beds, walls, and everything else you wouldn’t want a 4 year old on. My parents brought me to Gold Coast in hopes of giving all that energy a place to go and that’s how I found my love for gymnastics. In total I’ve been at it for 11 years, but I started to compete when I was 7. I’ve had my ups and downs but for some reason the sport has made a place in my heart. I am an Xcel Diamond gymnast and my favorite event is floor because it’s where you can let loose and really show who you are. I think the most important thing for a coach is to earn the trust of their gymnasts and really understand who each kid is so you can help them how they need it. I’ve always looked up to my coaches and I’m honored to be a role model for all these growing gymnasts!
