Special Events - Camps

Camp at Gold Coast is an excellent opportunity for kids of all abilities. We offer both gymnastics and Ninja Zone camps to youth of all skill levels.

Come to Gold Coast Gymnastics over Spring, Summer, Fall or Winter Break! It’s a fun, active alternative to spending all day at home, and a great option for working parents. We have both half-day and full-day options. Parents love the security of knowing that their kids are in safe hands. Kids love spending time with friends while learning new skills and keeping active.

Our coaches are caring and fun-loving, and have structured a camp that helps kids remain active while having a wonderful time. Kids will develop skills on each apparatus, enjoy games, have snacks and lunch, and make new friends.

Itinerary Schedule

8:45 – 9:10 AM: Regular check in
9:00 – 9:30 AM: Warm-up and go over safety rules
9:30 – 10:00 AM: 1st Rotation
10:00 – 10:20 AM: Rules and Free Play
10:20 – 10:45 AM: Snack (Campers bring their own)/ Craft
10:45 – 11:15 AM: Conditioning Game
11:15 – 11:45 AM: 2nd Rotation
11:45 AM – 12:00 PM: Free Play/Get ready for pick up and go home for half day
12:00 – 12:20 PM: Eat lunch
12:20 – 12:45 PM: Group Game
12:45 – 1:15 PM: 3rd Rotation
1:15 – 1:25 PM: Free Play
1:25 – 1:55 PM: 4th Rotation
1:55 – 2:10 PM: Snack
2:10 – 2:30 PM: Conditioning Game
2:30 – 2:50 PM: Free Play
2:50 – 3:00 PM: Clean up/ Dress and go home

Things kids MUST bring with them:

Lunch and snack item. We will not provide any food for the kids
Water
Bag to hold their things in
Clothes that fully cover their body (sweater, jacket, t-shirt, long sleeve, leggings, spandex shorts acceptable. No jeans, skirts, or dresses)
We ask for ages 3-5 to bring an extra pair of clothes in case of an accident
